Welcome to Blossom Hill Farm.      

      We specialize in pasture raised meats.  We offer Beef, Pork, Chickens and Eggs.

We offer a healthy alternative to the supermarket and sell by the piece to allow you the choice that buying right from the farmer usually does not have.

Our beef is Lowline Angus cross. occasionally we have Breeding stock heifers available.

Our hogs are Tamsworth and Old Spot and Herfords, listed on the Livestock Breed Conservatory.

2006 Harvest Celebration Pictures

Crepes

2 1/8 c four

4 eggs

pinch salt

3 tsp baking powder

1/3 c orange juice or 2 squeezed oranges

4 Tbsp oil

3/4 liter warm water or 1.6 pints

Mix in that order. Let sit for 1 hour. Spoon into hot oiled pan just enough to cover bottom. (swirl pan to get coated)

When you can pull up sides, flip over and continue cooking. It is done when it is slightly browned.

Add whatever you like! Bon Appetite!
