Chef Share Program
We are currently taking reservations for a fall “Chef Share”. Restaurants are able to order our Heritage Pork for a monthly distribution. The amount needed to reserve a space is 50 lbs. However the amount can go up in 25 lb increments depending on the needs of the restaurant.
We can only take a limited number and the restaurants will be on a rotation for cut choice on a first come basis. Restaurants take a “share” of the animals sent to be processed. The price of the Share is $3.00 per lb. For more information please contact us.
