Blossom Hill Farm Potato Bacon Soup
Ingredients:
½ Pound Crisp Blossom Hill Farm Bacon
4 Large Potatoes- Cut In Bite Size Pieces
2 Cups of Whole Milk
1/2 Onion- Finely Chopped
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Celery Salt
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
Cover with 2-3 cups of water. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add milk and butter. Thicken with flour as needed. Cover and simmer 5-8 minutes.
